​​Nicholas O’Connor is a strategic communications and public affairs leader with more than 15 years’ experience delivering campaigns that influence policy, shift public narrative and build trusted relationships between governments, business and communities. He has advised senior leaders across Australia, the UK, Africa and New Zealand, with deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, political campaigning and complex issues management. 
 
Nicholas has led major communications initiatives for the Conservative Party in the United Kingdom, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, alongside strategic roles for global corporations, peak bodies, and community alliances. In Queensland his work spans energy transition, infrastructure, housing and cost-of-living issues, where he combines rigorous insight with compelling storytelling to mobilise audiences and drive real-world outcomes.
